Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Lard Ass Soap Company products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at brisagrossmeyer@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, opened or used soap bars cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
